Absolutely. In 90% of our jobs, we project from the rear. This allows for us to be out of the way of the audience providing an unobstructed view for your guests. Not to mention – people often come to the back just to see how a movie looks backwards – (not much different, by the way)
One of the most common questions and simple to answer. Our equipment is the same as you see in movie theatres. While, we can begin before the environment is totally dark, for best enjoyment, we do suggest that we begin when it’s ‘Theater dark” outside. This is usually at dusk (20-30 minutes after sundown)
Ahhh…the dreaded question. Honestly, we want your event to take place, but sometime Mother Nature is having a bad day. Thus, we have a very flexible attitude. When you book, you get a free rain date, plus if weather is inclement on the day of your event, we will make a mutual decision on what to do. We never intend to make you pay for services that you don’t receive
Managing wind is part of the experience we have. We have ties and stakes to ‘batten down the hatches” in every set up. Our screens are tested in windy environments and we know what they can handle. In no case however, would we put your guests at risks by working on a day is that is too windy. We take a conservative approach to public and equipment safety to minimize risks. Interestingly, winds usually die down at sunset, so relax, we’ll manage it.
